This shipping, handling & delivery policy is part of our Terms of Service and should therefore be read alongside them.  If you are returning an item, please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.

Please carefully review our shipping, handling & delivery policy when purchasing our products.  This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

“Shipping” costs as shown on our website include packaging, postage and handling fees and may not accurately reflect postage stamps alone on packaging.

Shipping costs start from $9.95 and are calculated based on weight. We offer worldwide shipping, the cost of which will be calculated at checkout.

Free Shipping
We offer free shipping within Australia to our retail customers when they spend over $99 in a single transaction (inclusive of GST), customers must enter the free shipping code at checkout to have the free shipping applied. Free shipping only applies to Regular post (not Express). If Express shipping is selected at checkout, orders with free shipping applied will be sent via Regular post.
